Campaign 02 / Rural Alaska

Alaska
Rural
Deliveries

Showing how urgent deliveries still reach customers—even when home is far beyond the usual route.

The campaign highlighted FedEx’s rural delivery network and its ability to serve more U.S. ZIP codes weekly than UPS and USPS. The story centered on a simple truth: living in a remote community does not make an urgent package any less urgent.

01 / The assignment

Make remote feel real.

To illustrate the scale and remoteness of delivery in Alaska, I traveled with teams from Global Media, Communications and Production to a local FedEx facility. Later that week, we flew to Fairbanks and joined a courier for a customer ride-along.

02 / Creative leadership

Own the social story.

I concepted every social post, developed the creative approach and partnered with Production throughout the edit process. I managed reviews and approvals, prepared the work for launch and served as the primary project manager for social content.

03 / Hands-on creation

Lead it. Make it. Be in it.

I served as on-camera talent and interviewed a FedEx courier during the ride-along. I also captured much of the campaign’s lo-fi footage myself and personally distributed the final content across FedEx social channels.
